Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth and efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising and promotional setups. You’ll also support the team in delivering outstanding client service and achieving sales goals, while helping foster an inclusive and collaborative store culture. This is a regular, part-time hourly position in Raleigh, North Carolina. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for 15–29 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail operations.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
