Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards. You’ll also help with visual merchandising by setting up promotions accurately and executing events, while supporting the team in delivering outstanding client service and achieving sales goals. The position contributes to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and follows company policies to help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Part-time associates are expected to work 15–29 hours per week and meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours. Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required, along with punctuality and consistent attendance. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The listed pay range is $18.00–$20.50 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors related to the position or location. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
