Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you support smooth and efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. You also support promotional setups and event execution, client service and sales goals, an inclusive team culture, and a safe and enjoyable shopping experience while following company policies and Sephora standards. The position is part-time, with a required minimum of 15–29 hours per week. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and punctual, consistent attendance are required. The offered hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, with the actual rate depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented approach and a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must meet the required minimum weekly shifts or hours for part-time work (15–29 hours per week).
