Operations Associate - Part Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. You also support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace, and follow company policies to help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a regular part-time hourly position. Part-time associates work 15–29 hours per week and must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and punctual, consistent attendance are required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
