About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and an exceptional client experience. The role covers inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. You’ll help ensure promotional displays and events are set up accurately, support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, and contribute to an inclusive, safe, and enjoyable shopping environment. Part-time employees work 15–29 hours per week and must be available for the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours, including peak retail periods such as nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours, including peak retail operations.
