About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards, as well as assisting with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. You’ll support client service and sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture, and follow company policies to help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Requirements

• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours for the part-time role: 15–29 hours per week.
• Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Be able to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Be able to support outstanding client service.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
