About The Position

Jackpot is seeking a dedicated, passionate Part-Time Operations Associate to support its lottery ticket operations. The role is based on-site in Columbus, Ohio, and reports to the Operations Manager. The position supports customer orders, assigned work areas, location equipment, and—when applicable—the retail store. The schedule requires availability Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., as well as open availability on weekends.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including extended day or night shifts and occasional weekends or holidays.
Passion for learning new processes and technologies.
Experience in fast-paced environments.
Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and handle tasks independently.
Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
Follow opening and closing procedures for the assigned work area.
Maintain location equipment in good working condition.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Promptly escalate issues, concerns, or feedback to the on-duty supervisor.
Follow established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
When applicable, support the retail store by processing transactions, overseeing inventory, maintaining organization, and keeping the store clean.
Assist with special projects as required.
