About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. You’ll help ensure promotional setups and events accurately reflect Sephora’s brand, support client service and sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture, and uphold company policies and store safety standards. This is a full-time hourly role requiring availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, with punctuality and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities
