Operations Associate - Full Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth and efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. You’ll help maintain accurate promotional setups and execute events, support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, and help foster an inclusive, collaborative culture. You’ll also follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. This full-time role requires 30–40 hours per week, availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and punctuality and consistent attendance. The position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The listed hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, with the actual offer dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
