About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising. You’ll help ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution, support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and follow company policies to help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and punctual, consistent attendance are required.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and communicate it.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must meet the required minimum weekly hours and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
