Operations Associate - Full Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. You also support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, while helping foster an inclusive and collaborative store culture and upholding company policies and safety standards. This is a regular, full-time hourly position requiring 30–40 hours per week. Associates must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The listed pay range is $18.00–$20.50 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
