Operations Associate - Full Time
About The Position
The Operations Associate supports smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising. The role also supports promotional setups and event execution, client service and sales goals, teamwork and inclusion, and a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a regular, full-time hourly position requiring 30–40 hours per week. The associate must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Help promote an inclusive, open, and collaborative team culture.
- Uphold company policies and standards and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
