Operations Associate - Full Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards, as well as supporting visual merchandising and promotional setups. You’ll help create outstanding client experiences, support sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, and uphold company policies and store safety standards. This is a full-time hourly position requiring 30–40 hours per week. Associates must meet minimum weekly shift and hour requirements, be available during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
