Operations Associate - Full Time
About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising. You help ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution, support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, promote an inclusive and collaborative culture, and follow company policies to maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt regular position. Full-time associates work 30–40 hours per week and must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and communicate it.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum weekly hours and shifts for full-time work (30–40 hours per week).
