About The Position
The Operations Associate supports the store’s daily operations to help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes managing inventory, replenishing stock, fulfilling orders, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising. The associate helps ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution, supports the team in serving clients and achieving sales goals, and contributes to an inclusive, collaborative workplace. The role also requires following company policies and helping maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position in Sephora’s Boise store. Full-time associates work 30–40 hours per week and must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The stated pay range is $16.60–$19.30 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory factors. Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
