About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations that contribute to an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution. You’ll also support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences, achieving sales goals, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture, and upholding company policies and operational standards to help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, full-time hourly position at the NC-Blakeney store in Charlotte, North Carolina, with full-time hours of 30–40 per week. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—is required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
