About The Position

As an Operations Leader at Sephora, you will drive operational excellence and help ensure the store runs efficiently while supporting an exceptional client experience. You will lead the operations team, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach team members. The role includes a requirement to work 30–40 hours per week, with availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success.
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
Availability for 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliable attendance.

Leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
