About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role covers inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, operational standards, and visual merchandising. You’ll also support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals, while helping foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture and maintaining Sephora’s policies and standards. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt regular position at the TX-Fairway Plaza store in Pasadena, Texas. Full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and communicate it to others.
- Ability to support outstanding client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-player attitude and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
