About The Position

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with visual merchandising and promotional setups. You’ll also support the team in providing outstanding client experiences, achieving sales goals, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable shopping environment. This is a regular, full-time, hourly non-exempt position. Full-time hours are 30–40 per week, with availability needed during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
Ability to support outstanding client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution.
Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
