About The Position
As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you’ll support smooth, efficient store operations and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards. You’ll also help ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution, support the team in achieving sales goals, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and uphold company policies and store safety standards. Full-time employees work 30–40 hours per week and must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The listed pay range is $18.00–$20.50 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and communicate product knowledge.
