About The Position

The Operations Associate is a full-time position supporting the Operations Manager. The role supports store operations, inventory accuracy, customer service, loss prevention, facility upkeep, and brand presentation. The associate works with the REVOLVE Warehouse team and the FWRD Pop-Up team, and helps train and develop store employees. The position requires working effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; extended hours may be necessary. The posting also notes that full-time and part-time roles are available.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail experience.
Outgoing, energetic, professional, and able to represent the brand and embody the FWRD lifestyle.
Customer-centric, with the ability to foster and maintain client relationships and build brand loyalty.
Motivated and willing to go above and beyond to serve clients.
Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.

Responsibilities

Manage stock levels, logistics, and sell-through while the Back of House Manager is off site.
Keep the back of house organized.
Partner with the REVOLVE Warehouse team.
Assist customers and monitor client interactions with the team and technology; provide in-the-moment coaching for continuous improvement.
Maintain inventory accuracy and controls in the store, and lead and train the team to ensure consistent deliverables.
Contribute to loss prevention across the business, set expectations, and own training for the store team.
Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards; train staff and develop talent in visual merchandising.
Understand current culture and areas for improvement, and work with the FWRD Pop-Up team.
