About The Position

The Operations Associate is responsible for keeping the store running smoothly by managing the stockroom, maintaining inventory flow, processing shipments, and keeping the sales floor full and fresh. The role also supports e-commerce orders and markdowns, helping create a seamless customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Associate is an essential member of the team whose behind-the-scenes work supports store success.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Social media skills.
