About The Position

The Operations Associate is responsible for keeping the store running smoothly by managing the stockroom, maintaining inventory flow, processing shipments, and keeping the sales floor full and fresh. The role also supports e-commerce orders and markdowns to help create a seamless customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Associate contributes to the team’s success through dependable behind-the-scenes operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
