As an Operations Associate, reporting to the Store Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the store and maintain a strong brand vibe. This includes managing the stockroom, processing shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently stocked and visually appealing. You will also be involved in processing E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience. Your behind-the-scenes work is crucial to the team's overall success.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized
• Proactive team player who takes ownership
• Customer-first mindset
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus)
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)

• Fashion-related stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience
