About The Position

The Operations Associate supports store operations by managing the stockroom, maintaining inventory flow, processing shipments, and keeping the sales floor stocked and current. The role also supports e-commerce orders and markdowns, helping create a seamless customer experience and ensuring that store operations run smoothly. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 6 months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
