About The Position

Holman’s upfitting division is hiring an Operations Assistant for its Colorado Springs, Colorado location. The role supports payroll, onboarding, production, order processing, employee engagement, reporting, reimbursements, and office administration. The stated starting pay is $25.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Benefits are available within 30 days of employment.

Requirements

Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Results-driven, with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills.
Customer service skills.
Ability to multitask well.
High attention to detail.
Ability to think independently and request assistance when needed.
Ability to gain knowledge and understanding of parts lists.
Ability to perform within established company standards, including standard operating procedures, quality, and performance requirements.
Must pass a physical and criminal background check before employment.

Responsibilities

Enter, monitor, and audit employee piece-rate and hourly pay, as well as attendance data, to assist payroll.
Update employee time records.
Facilitate the onboarding process.
Support the production department with office-related tasks as needed.
Scrub and close installation and parts orders.
Process and file paperwork as needed.
Assist with coordinating PIE events and employee engagement activities.
Answer phones as needed.
Update data and run reports as needed.
Assist employees with reimbursement forms and file them.
Reconcile and manage petty cash and the checkbook.
