About The Position

Taco John's is hiring an Opening Manager in New Ulm, Minnesota, to lead the morning team and help the restaurant run smoothly from opening through the afternoon. The role focuses on serving breakfast and lunch guests, supporting team members, and maintaining the quality of the restaurant’s made-from-scratch menu. The position offers full-time schedules of 30–40 hours per week or part-time schedules of 15–30 hours per week, with early shifts starting at 6:30 a.m. and ending at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m. Pay is $15–$17 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Energize and lead the morning crew to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure made-from-scratch menu items meet quality standards.
• Serve early customers while managing counter and drive-through operations.
• Create a fun atmosphere where team members can thrive.
• Perform both restaurant customer service and food preparation roles.
