About The Position
Taco John's in New Ulm, Minnesota, is hiring a Closing Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations and the customer service team during evening closing shifts. The role helps ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, delivers a positive experience to breakfast, lunch, and dinner guests, and maintains the quality of made-from-scratch menu items. Managers support and direct team members, serve customers at the counter and drive-through, and work across customer service and food preparation roles. The position offers closing shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and/or mid shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Full-time work is listed as 30–40 hours per week; part-time work is listed as 15–30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
