About The Position
The Senior Maintenance Tech ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant and facility equipment by performing advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The role supports production continuity and contributes to continuous improvement in maintenance practices. The position is located in New Ulm, Minnesota, and is a second-shift role.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
Nice To Haves
- Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset reliability.
- Conduct plant rounds, inspections, and operational checks, including water treatment and refrigeration systems.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage and maintenance activities in CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
