Clients requiring an Onsite Coordinator typically have 30 or more Tradesmen craftworkers, sometimes including travelers who need specific skills and safety training. The position requires frequent nationwide travel, bilingual Spanish communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining productive relationships with skilled trade workers, client personnel, and sales staff. Construction industry experience and basic computer skills, including comfort with Excel, are required. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
