About The Position

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Online Shopper to fulfill Click N Go grocery orders and provide guests with convenient, high-quality service. The role involves selecting fresh products according to guest notes and preferences, organizing orders for pickup, suggesting substitutions when needed, and assisting with order retrieval and loading. The Online Shopper also helps maintain the Online Grocery area, answers guest questions, and supports other team duties as needed. The position is based at the Festival Foods location at 2915 New Pinery Rd, Portage, Wisconsin 53901, and is scheduled for fewer than 28 hours per week.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on guest service.
• Computer skills and ability to use online ordering platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
• Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select products for online grocery orders according to guest notes and preferences.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently while maintaining product quality and freshness.
• Offer substitutions when items are unavailable and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests, retrieve their orders, and load orders for pickup.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
• Support the team in additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance in accordance with the work schedule and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
