About The Position

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Online Shopper to support its Click N Go online grocery service at its Menasha, Wisconsin location. The role involves selecting fresh, high-quality products according to guest notes and preferences, preparing and staging orders, suggesting substitutions, communicating updates, and delivering orders to guests with friendly service. Online Shoppers also keep the work area clean and organized, assist guests with questions, and support other roles as needed after fulfilling orders. The position requires regular, timely attendance and advance notice when occasional absences require coverage. The role is part-time, with fewer than 28 hours per week. Schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on guest service.
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
• Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

• Select products for online grocery orders according to guest notes and preferences.
• Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
• Offer appropriate substitutions and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests, retrieve and load orders, and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
• Help with additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for occasional absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
