About The Position

The Online Shopper supports Festival Foods’ Click N Go online grocery service by selecting fresh, high-quality products according to guest notes and preferences, preparing and staging orders, offering substitutions, and assisting guests at pickup. The role also includes maintaining an organized Online Grocery area, answering guest inquiries, helping with additional duties as needed, and meeting attendance expectations. This is a part-time position of fewer than 28 hours per week. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; the posting notes that weekend availability beginning at 7 a.m. is needed for consideration. The role is based at 11111 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis, Wisconsin.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on guest service.
Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.
Weekend availability beginning at 7 a.m. is needed for consideration.

Responsibilities

Select products for online grocery orders according to guest notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
Offer appropriate substitutions and communicate updates to guests.
Greet guests, retrieve and load orders, and provide excellent service.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
Support the team in additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
