About The Position

The Online Shopper supports Festival Foods’ Click N Go online grocery service by selecting fresh, high-quality products according to guest notes and preferences, preparing orders for pickup, and providing helpful guest service. The role involves organizing and staging orders, communicating about substitutions, retrieving and loading orders, maintaining the Online Grocery area, and assisting guests in-store and online. Associates may also support other roles as needed after fulfilling orders.

This is a part-time position of less than 28 hours per week. Availability at 8 AM and on weekends is required. Schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates are expected to attend work regularly and on time and to provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

The work involves hot and cold environments, frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and lifting up to 50 pounds several times during the day, and extended periods of standing, bending, and kneeling. The role also requires physical exertion to move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
• Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Select products for online grocery orders, following guest notes and preferences.
• Organize and stage orders efficiently while maintaining product quality and freshness.
• Suggest substitutions when products are unavailable and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests, retrieve and load their orders, and provide high-quality service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
• Support other roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Attend work regularly and on time in accordance with the schedule, and provide adequate notice for occasional absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
