About The Position

Festival Foods is hiring a part-time Online Shopper to fulfill Click N Go grocery orders and help guests receive fresh, high-quality products ready for pickup. The role involves carefully selecting products based on guest notes and preferences, organizing orders, suggesting substitutions and communicating updates, and delivering friendly service during pickup. Associates also maintain the Online Grocery area, assist guests with questions, and support other team duties as needed. This position is based at the Festival Foods location at 1200 W Northland Ave in Appleton, Wisconsin. It is part-time, with fewer than 28 hours per week. Schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates receive schedules two weeks in advance. The work involves hot and cold environments and frequent physical activity, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on guest service.
Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

Select products for online grocery guests, following their notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
Offer substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
Greet guests, retrieve and load their orders, and provide excellent service.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
Support the team in additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
