About The Position

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Online Shopper to support its Click N Go online grocery service in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The role involves selecting fresh, high-quality products according to guest notes and preferences, preparing orders for pickup, communicating about substitutions, and providing helpful service to guests. The shopper also helps maintain an orderly work area and supports other team duties as needed.

This position is part-time and scheduled for less than 28 hours per week. Work schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires working in hot and cold environments and performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and moving objects.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on guest service.
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout the shift.
• Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

• Select products for online grocery orders according to guest notes and preferences.
• Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
• Suggest substitutions when products are unavailable and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests, retrieve and load orders, and provide guest service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
• Help with additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Attend work regularly and on time in compliance with the work schedule, and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
