About The Position

Festival Foods is hiring a part-time Online Shopper for its Click N Go online grocery service at the Green Bay North - University location. The role involves carefully selecting and preparing groceries for guests, delivering friendly service, and helping keep the online grocery operation organized. Associates may also assist with other tasks after fulfilling orders. The schedule is under 28 hours per week and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Friendly, helpful attitude and commitment to guest service.
Computer skills and ability to use online ordering platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

Select products for online grocery orders according to guest notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
Offer appropriate substitutions and communicate order updates to guests.
Greet guests, retrieve their orders, and load them for pickup.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with questions in-store and online.
Support other roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
