About The Position

Festival Foods is hiring a part-time Online Shopper for its Click N Go online grocery service in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. The role involves carefully selecting fresh, high-quality grocery products according to guest notes and preferences, organizing and staging orders, suggesting substitutions and communicating updates, and greeting guests and loading their completed orders. Online Shoppers also maintain the Online Grocery area, assist guests in-store and online, and support other roles as needed. Applicants must be available at 8 AM and have weekend availability. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is less than 28 hours per week.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on guest service.
Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
Availability at 8 AM and on weekends.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

Select products for online grocery orders according to guest notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
Offer substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
Greet guests, retrieve orders, load them, and provide excellent service.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
Support the team in additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
