About The Position

Festival Foods is hiring a part-time Online Shopper for its Click N Go online grocery service in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The role involves carefully selecting fresh, high-quality products according to guest notes and preferences, organizing and staging orders, suggesting substitutions, and communicating updates. Online Shoppers also greet guests, retrieve and load orders, provide service in person and online, maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with other duties as needed. The position requires regular, timely attendance and adequate notice when arranging coverage for occasional absences. It is less than 28 hours per week, and schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The work environment includes hot and cold conditions and physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Friendly and helpful attitude, with a focus on guest service.
Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

Select products for online grocery orders according to guest notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
Offer substitutions when products are unavailable and communicate updates to guests.
Greet guests, retrieve their orders, load them, and provide quality service.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
Assist with additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
