About The Position

Festival Foods is hiring a part-time Online Shopper for its Click N Go online grocery service. The role involves selecting and preparing grocery orders with care so guests receive fresh, high-quality products that match their preferences. Shoppers organize and stage orders, offer substitutions and communicate updates, and provide friendly service when guests pick up their orders. The position also includes keeping the Online Grocery area clean and organized, helping guests in-store and online, and supporting other team duties as needed. The work schedule is part-time, less than 28 hours per week, and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Friendly and helpful attitude, with a focus on guest service.
• Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
• Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

• Select products for online grocery orders, following guest notes and preferences.
• Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
• Offer appropriate substitutions and communicate updates to guests.
• Greet guests, retrieve and load their orders, and provide service.
• Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
• Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
• Support additional team roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
