About The Position

Festival Foods is seeking a part-time Online Shopper to support its Click N Go online grocery service at the Appleton–Northland location. The role involves selecting fresh, high-quality products according to guest notes and preferences, preparing and staging orders, making substitutions when necessary, and communicating updates. The associate also greets guests, retrieves and loads orders, answers inquiries, maintains an organized work area, and assists with other tasks as needed. The schedule is under 28 hours per week and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on guest service.
Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

Select products for online grocery orders according to guest notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
Offer substitutions and communicate order updates to guests.
Greet guests, retrieve their orders, and load them for pickup while providing excellent service.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
Support the team in additional roles after fulfilling orders.
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
