About The Position

Festival Foods is hiring a part-time Online Shopper for its Click N Go online grocery service in Portage, Wisconsin. The role involves selecting fresh, high-quality grocery products according to guest notes and preferences, preparing and staging orders for pickup, suggesting substitutions when necessary, and communicating updates to guests. The Online Shopper also greets guests, retrieves and loads their orders, responds to guest inquiries in-store and online, and keeps the Online Grocery area clean and organized. After fulfilling orders, the associate may assist with other roles as needed. The position is part-time, less than 28 hours per week, and the schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The work includes hot and cold environments and physical activity such as lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Friendly and helpful attitude, with a focus on guest service.
Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

Select products for online grocery guests according to their notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
Offer substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
Greet guests, retrieve their orders, and load orders for pickup.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
Support the team in additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
