About The Position

Festival Foods is hiring a part-time Online Shopper for its Click N Go online grocery service in Menasha, Wisconsin. The role involves carefully selecting fresh, high-quality products according to guest notes and preferences, organizing orders for pickup, suggesting substitutions, and communicating updates. The shopper also greets guests, retrieves and loads orders, answers questions in-store and online, maintains a clean and organized work area, and assists with other tasks as needed. This position is less than 28 hours per week. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates must attend work regularly and on time and provide adequate notice to arrange coverage for occasional absences. The role requires working in hot and cold environments, lifting and moving products, and standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Friendly and helpful attitude, with a focus on guest service.
Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout a shift.
Valid liquor license or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials.

Responsibilities

Select products for online grocery guests, following their notes and preferences.
Organize and stage orders while maintaining product quality and freshness.
Offer suitable substitutions and communicate updates to guests.
Greet guests, retrieve their orders, and load them for pickup.
Provide excellent guest service.
Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
Assist guests with inquiries in-store and online.
Support the team in additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for occasional absences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
