Online Shopper - Part-Time
About The Position
The Online Shopper is a part-time Customer Service Clerk who works in the store’s Frontend and performs a variety of tasks before or during regular store hours. The primary duties are working in the Click Load & Go Department, shopping customer orders, and providing direct customer service and assistance at the checkstand and pick-up lane. Secondary duties include housekeeping in or around the store’s Frontend and other related tasks as required or assigned. The position requires availability for 20–30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs. Physical activities include walking, bending, stooping, carrying, and loading; repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds; and occasional lifting up to 80 pounds.
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- At least 12 months of cashier experience.
- Availability to be scheduled 20–30 hours per week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
- Customer service orientation, accuracy, speed, flexibility, reliability, and dependability.
- Ability to perform the stated physical activities and lifting demands.
