About The Position

The Online Fulfillment Team Member provides a positive customer experience by promptly fulfilling online orders. The role involves locating merchandise in the backroom and on the sales floor, preparing orders for pickup or shipment, and supporting holiday layaway fulfillment. The position is performed in a warehouse environment that may involve temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to become certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Friendly, self-motivated, and dependable, with the ability to work in a physical, fast-paced manner.

Responsibilities

• Complete Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within four hours.
• Ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within two days, unless marked for next-day delivery.
• Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment using the correct materials and completing the work in a timely manner.
• Organize, stock, and fulfill layaway orders during the holidays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
• Positively promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
• Locate merchandise for online customer orders in the backroom and on the sales floor.
