About The Position

The Online Fulfillment Team Member provides a positive customer experience by promptly locating and fulfilling online orders from the backroom and sales floor. The role includes preparing and packing orders for shipment, organizing and fulfilling layaway orders during the holidays, and supporting Fleet Farm customer loyalty, credit card, and other company initiatives. Work takes place in a warehouse environment that may involve temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to become certified to operate a forklift and other material-handling devices.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Complete Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within four hours.
• Ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within two days, unless marked for next-day delivery.
• Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment using the correct materials and completing the work in a timely manner.
• Organize, stock, and fulfill layaway orders during the holidays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work promptly.
• Promote Fleet Farm's customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
