Online Fulfillment Team Member
About The Position
The Online Fulfillment Team Member provides a positive customer experience by completing online orders accurately and on time. The role involves locating merchandise in the backroom and on the sales floor, preparing and packing orders for shipment, and organizing, stocking, and fulfilling layaway orders during the holidays. Team Members are also expected to provide outstanding customer service and positively promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives. The work takes place in a warehouse environment that may involve temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces. The role requires regular lifting and moving of items weighing up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and the ability to become certified to operate a forklift and other material-handling devices. A flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to become certified to operate a forklift and other material-handling devices.
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
- Complete Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within four hours.
- Ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within two days, unless specifically marked for next-day delivery.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment using the correct materials and in a timely manner.
- Organize, stock, and fulfill layaway orders during the holidays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
- Promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
- Locate merchandise for online customer orders in the backroom and on the sales floor.
