About The Position

The Fulfillment Team Member works as part of a team to assemble and kit printed products efficiently and accurately. The role helps maintain product quality while minimizing costs and meeting customer specifications and deadlines. The position is on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with pay of $19.25 per hour. The role requires standing and walking throughout an 8–10-hour shift, frequent use of hands and arms, occasional bending or reaching, and regularly lifting items weighing 10–50 pounds. Requirements

Experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment, such as fulfillment, assembly, or food service.
Ability to read and follow basic instructions and procedures.
Basic math and communication skills.
Dependable and detail-oriented, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to stand and walk for an 8–10-hour shift and regularly lift 10–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Team/Floor Leader to understand daily priorities, assignments, and production goals, and execute tasks accordingly.
Assemble, package, verify, and prepare finished printed products to meet quality standards, customer specifications, and required quantities.
Load, tag, label, and move finished products onto skids or pallets.
Complete required paperwork, production records, and system entries accurately.
Promptly communicate quality, safety, or material issues.
