Online Client Enrollment Specialist
About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Online Client Enrollment Specialist to provide client-first service and support people through the supplemental benefits enrollment process. The position is suited to recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications and others interested in a service-oriented, people-centered role. The company provides training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. No prior insurance experience is required. The specialist conducts virtual consultations with clients via Zoom, presents supplemental benefit options tailored to individuals and families, maintains accurate digital records, and follows up in a timely manner. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense; specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Have confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Be able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable.
- Be organized, self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
- Have a service-minded, mission-driven attitude.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

- Customer service or consultative background is a plus but is not required.
