About The Position

The On-Site Service Representative (OSR) reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and supports multiple assigned customer locations in Enid, Oklahoma. The representative manages customer inventory, provides customer service, and supports account growth through Grainger’s KeepStock inventory management program. The role also works with partners on sales strategy and helps customers understand how Grainger can address their maintenance, repair, and operating (MRO) needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a selling or service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 pounds and/or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle different technical and operational issues.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence, which must be maintained.
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased products at designated customer locations and maintain stocking levels by scanning depleted inventory for replenishment.
• Promptly resolve customer problems to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Follow the route designated by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, processes, and cycle time.
• Comply with the safety and inspection requirements of each facility where service is provided.
• Engage with customers to identify additional product needs and help create new orders.
• Probe for customer needs during each site visit and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
